Please note the following changes from what is in the application:

It will begin Wednesday, June 24 and end Saturday, June 27.
It will be held under an open sided 30’x 30’ tent next to the RV park.  

Each person will provide their own chair, table, food, drinks and utensils.

Wednesday will begin with a Board Meeting in the afternoon (exact time to be announced) followed by Social Hour, each person providing their own food and drink.

There will no breakfasts provided. There will not be a potluck meal.

Thursday and Friday evenings will be a Social Hour followed by a catered meal. There will be entertainment Friday evening.
